Andrew F. LaRosa

A CPA with twenty-five years of experience, Andrew specializes in Federal, State and Local taxation and accounting for closely held businesses, individuals, estates and trusts and not-for-profit organizations. Andrew believes there is a unique tax strategy for each individual and entity to help reduce their tax burden. He has gained a solid reputation by offering clients expert advice in the areas of business operations and finance, entity selection, tax planning and compliance.

Andrew LaRosa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Widener University.

Andrew services over 500 clients and his experience covers many different industries. He believes that attentive, personal service to specific client needs distinguishes himself in the industry.

Andrew’s goal for his clients is quite specific—to maximize cash flow by utilizing the most effective strategy to minimize taxes.

In addition to serving his clients, Andrew serves on the Board of Whitford Country Club and is the chairperson for the Whitford Classic, a charitable event held each year to benefit the charities of Chester County.

He is also a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Andrew currently resides in Exton, Pennsylvania, with his wife Tammy and two daughters, Molly and Marci. His hobbies include golf, fishing, cooking, travel, and outdoor sports.

David LaRosa

David LaRosa is a CPA with twenty-eight years of experience. David spent the first 25 years of his career at the national accounting firm CBIZ and corresponding audit shareholder with its affiliate Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. David spent his last two years as an audit director at BDO USA P.C. In addition, David spent a short time out of public accounting as a CFO and controller of manufacturing companies. David spent his career servicing clients in the construction, real estate, and manufacturing industries, and auditing employee benefit plans. David’s clients ranged from 2 million to $500 million in revenue. David believes that your financial statements communicate a story to lenders and investors and need to be presented in a user-friendly format while meeting appropriate accounting standards. In addition to practicing public accounting David is a accounting teacher to local CPA Continuing Education Societies.

David has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Loyola University, in Baltimore, MD.

David is currently a board member of the CPA Continuing Education Society of Pennsylvania and is a past treasurer and board member of both Associated Builders and Contractors of Eastern, PA and DMAX Foundation which helps college students strengthen their mental health and emotional well-being.

David is also a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and Construction Financial Management Association.

David currently resides in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. His hobbies include golf, hiking and gardening and is a member of Cedarbrook Country Club.
